Reddy District, Hyderabad, which is just 10 Kms away from
Balanagar Cross Roads, towards Medak Main Road. As it
located at very short distance from city it is very easy
accessible at all hours of day.

Ours is a sister concerned unit of Sri Nagamurali
engineering Pvt.Ltd., which was having 9 years of experience
in Bus Body Building.
CAPACITY :
25 Hi-tech Bus Bodies & 30 Tipper Bodies per month.
FINANCIAL BACKGROUND :
We have cash credit limit (working capital)
of Rs.60 lakhs from State Bank Of India, Market Street,
Secunderabad.

Area of the Factory :
We are having total area of 4933 sq.mts. and built up area
of 3000 sq.mts. with cement concrete flooring. |

7 Tank Hot Phosphating Plant for Metal Treatment : We
are having 7 tank hot Phosphating system, for
phosphate coating of all the structural members, other body
components and materials of steel, to make them rust proof
as per BIS : 3618 of 196. Specification Class A-2, with 1
M.Ton capacity per shift. All M.S.Tubes, MS Pipes used for
seats and other various assist rails will be phosphate as
per the “Cold Phosphate Process”. We are having 1 separate
tank for this process. |

Hydraulic Stretch Panneling Zig :
We are having hydraulic system for fixing of stretched
panels on the bus bodies to avoid undulations on the
panels. |

Paint Booth:
We are having an International Standard Paint Booth, with
a size of L x W x H, 15 x 5 x 6 meters, suitable for
Hi-tech Bus Body Painting. The details of specifications
are enclosed. |

Shearing and Bending Machine :
We
are having one shearing machine, which can cut 4 mm
thickness sheet and one bending machine which can bend 8
mm thickness metal sheet. |

Press Brake :
We are having one rolling machine made by Kamal
Engineering, Jaipur. operated by Electric Motor. |

Water Leakage Testing System :
We are having latest sophisticated water leakage testing
system with water showers. |
Special Welding Machines :
We are having MIG Welding, TIG Welding and
Welding rectifiers in addition to Arc Welding machines. We
are also having qualified welders to operate these machines.
Computer Aided Design Lab (CAD Lab) :
We are having our own computer aided design (CAD) Lab with 5 Computer Systems and AutoCAD
Software CAD Software Engineers to develop our own design
and models.
Power Connection :
We are having 100 HP Power Connection and an alternate Generator with a capacity of 62.5 KV.
In addition to the above best infrastructure, we are
also having most experienced skilled labour drawn from
Bangalore, Jaipur & Vijayawada.
Hence, we are stating that, with our best
infrastructure, past one decade of experience in Bus Body
Building backed by M/s. Sri Nagamurali Engineering Pvt.Ltd.,
and skilled labour, we can fabricate best Hi-tech Bus Body
Building.
